All of them are military grade...

Wonder why? Hmmmmm

New packaging equals more profit. Same ammo, different box, just in time for the zombie craze.

Methinks the guys at Hornaday marketing may just receive a christmas bonus this year.

Now, I just wonder if the authorities would buy the story if you were hunting zombies with that ammo, and you actually had one of these..a zombie hunting permit

Disclaimer: Hornady® Zombie Max™ ammunition is NOT a toy (IT IS LIVE AMMUNITION), but is intended only to be used on…ZOMBIES, also known as the living dead, undead, etc. No human being, plant, animal, vegetable or mineral should ever be shot with Hornady® Zombie Max™ ammunition. Again, we repeat, Hornady® Zombie Max™ ammunition is for use on ZOMBIES ONLY, and that's not a nickname, phrase or cute way of referring to anybody, place or thing. When we say Zombies, we mean…ZOMBIES!

Of course not. They are just made to different tolerances. Mil-Spec ammo usually has a thicker cartridge wall and a hotter load than civilian .223 cal or .308 cal ammo.

It can be a safety issue though if you are firing a 5.56mm through a .223 rifle for example. Most times the rifle will take it, but there have been instances where a chamber has cracked or worse.

This zombie crap has long jumped the shark.

What I want to know is what happens if you shoot a terrorist with zombie specific ammo and shoot a zombie with terrorist specific ammo?

anti-terrorist munitions

well now what do the Ammo makers, and CDC know that we do not know , that the Zombie out break is about to begin? or that we will fall for anything "Zombi-ed"

one drops dead the other still comes at you, just make sure you load and keep your ammo separate, no need to shoot zombies with, say werewolf ammo.

It would be bad… Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.
