November, 9, 2011 Warning on My TV!!!

ATSers...At 5am EST a warning message popped up on my televesion in regards to Nov. 9th! This is 7 days prior to the event!!!! I have AT & T U-Verse...I did take a photo but do not know how to post it here (If someone can guide me I'd be more than happy to post the pic)...Here is the message:

"IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a mandated TEST of the National Emergency Alert System on Tuesday, 11/9 at 1:00CT. You will be tuned to a news channel and back after the test completes. Check the Message Center for more details, MENU - Help."

Some notes I notice about this message (and just my point of view):

1. First sentence - notice how the message emphasizes the word "TEST" in capital letters.
2. 1:00CT...okay is this in the a.m. or p.m.? I'm guessing p.m.
3. "You will be tuned to a news channel and back after the test completes." Back to what? Our regular scheduled programs or MORE news about the test (event)?

Looking forward to see if any fellow ATSers received this IMPORTANT WARNING this morning too and your opinions.

What channel were you watching?
and what TV provider are you with?
I havent seen the message but i`ll watch for it.

I have said this before and will reiterate it, this system test is for the eventual speech to the world by by the Antichrist . The powers that be aka NWO need to know they can address and take control of all media sources to get his message across. I know many will scoff at this explanation but I ask you to just remember this statement for when , not if but when it occurs.

at about 6:30am this morning about half hour ago I was watching the local news and our message was a little different. It was a male who said on november 9th at 1:00pm there will be a 3 minute nation wide alert test. It will take 3 minutes after the 3 minutes your television and radio will return to its regular broadcast. Then he said again, remember this is only a test.

You could argue that the reason that it is in CAPITALS and why they re-iterate it is a TEST is so you dont go all Orson Wells radio broadcast last century

They are doing this so people don't freak out and think something is wrong.If they didn't, then everyone would be saying "why didn't they let us KNOW it was only a TEST!!" They are simply trying to improve the EBS in case there were a National emergency....as it is now, there are only local EBS, and some would get info before others.

The message wasn't on a channel...It was sent from AT& T U-Verse and I had to select "OK" to exit the message. Another strange thing I realize now is the warning date said "Tuesday, 11/9" when Wednesday is the 9th!!

I saw this for the first time during the evening hours of 11.1.11 on a standard channel (NBC, I think). It was on again this morning...it's some generic man specifically stating it's a TEST and all will resume as "normal" once completed. I don't know about this - it has me on edge but for what, I do not know. Hoping, lol, it is only a test. But whos to know...guess we are fixin' to find out.

This is normal...EBS the old system use to start in the same way..."THIS A TEST...THIS ONLY A TEST" followed by numerous generated tones that alerted other TV stations systems and radio systems that a test was in progress...it is mandated that all FCC licensed stations participated.

My guess is the new digital EAS alert system was beiong installed by the local TV station engineers and tested...they may have intended for it to go on the air and they may not have intended for it to go on the air. It is a brand new system and I am almost positive it will not work as advertised...there will be many places that have problems to work out and there will be otherf test. I suspect that the national center which will issue the test did so and placed the already made slide frame up for the 9th and station engineers were to test their equipment but not put it on the air...may have worked too good or the computers which now controll most of the switching duties nowadays interpted it as a real test and put it on the air. No worries...just a work in progress.

AT & T U-Verse is your cable system or phone company ? Either way they are compelled by the FCC to place the test on the air...it did not come from AT ^ T U-Verse unless they were testing their own equipment but from the national center. A test of the system is scheduled and has been for many months now for NOV 9 for the new digital national alert systems


I did not realize but I had the sme test alert this morning...very short and just preparing for the test on the 9th...I live in an area where we often have alerts for tornados and other bad WX so I am use to these test and usually ignore them...ONLY A TEST !



And Noey...please come on....having worked in radio and televsion for many years I cantell you the goverment has always had the ability to interuppt any signal from any broadcasting facility anytime that they wanted to do so. As a matter of fact the general public has the ability to interuppt radio and telvision signals and broadcast what ever they want as it has happened many times...one time during the Super Bowl...porn has been broadcast on open airwaves before...usually because of some stupid employee not knowing what they were doing but its happened. It is harder todaay with digital systems for the public to take control as a satelliate would need to be hacked or some serious splicing of cables for those cable systems but still possiable. It is now easier for the GOV to take control which in part is why D-TV was mandated by the FCC

With the ever increasing natural disasters around the world, it is only fitting that the EBS be tested in such a way. It is better to do it now instead of when something does happen.

On a side note: If you followed ATS you would have seen countless threads on the subject.

The bible says in the book of revelation that the throne of Satan is in Turkey in a town that had a church called Patamos I think this is near modern day Istanbul which also happens to be a city with seven hills around it which again is spoken of later in the book of Revelation

I just saw a commercial for it on WPCH channel. I'm assuming it was a political figure speaking. I live in Canada so I don't really know
