I dont know why but it seems to be the only candy i actually enjoy eating, except for Jolly ranchers "awesome-twosome" which is really good and chewy... and i dont know why they would give a candy a sexual name.

No I don't like it.
It reminds me of the pink insulation that gets placed in attics.
I hate the sticky feeling it leaves on the hands.

My kids love it, but it's kind of a rare treat.

For people who love the treat but don't wanna drop a ton of $$$ on it, here's an interesting do it yourself solution.

From CottonCandyExpress

I would guess that doing it yourself is safer health wise. I don't know what the companies put into their cotton candy and I would not be surprised if they put questionable additives in there.

A lot of places will let you watch them make it right there however, it's the packaged store available cc that I would be more cautious about. At least check the labels.

That pink insulation is most likely fiberglass.

I was born in America but now live in England where Cotton candy is'nt that popular. The only time you seem to be able to buy it at Fairs or Carnivals which are not as widespread as in America either!
I am devestated by this and have resorted to buying a 'make your own' machine which obviously is not as good but you have to get it where you can!!

Spun sugar, with colouring. I used to like it, but I'd rather have a caramel or candy apple anyday. At least then I can pretend it's healthy, there's an apple in it.

Jolly Rancher is a brand of candy, including hard candy,[1] gummies, fruit chews, jellybeans, lollipops, and sodas.[2] It is currently owned by Hershey. The product was originally produced by the Jolly Rancher Company, founded in 1949 by Bill and Dorothy Harmsen of Golden, Colorado.[1] The Jolly Rancher Company made ice cream, chocolate and candy sold at several "Ranch Maid Ice Cream" stores in the Denver area. The name was meant to suggest western hospitality.
en.wikipedia.org...

Because Jolly ranchers where invented during a time when the word "gay" probabley still meant happy
and there were not as many sexual euphemisms as there are today.
Most people minds were not as dirty in the late 40's as they are today

I would imagine Tesco might carry it.
I was over in England and the Tesco's seemed a lot like Walmart but maybe because it is made in america they don't import it to England.
Besides you have all that Cadbury candy I love that stuff.

I don't like it because it has no substance....I mean, your like "MMMMM Caaaandy!!", then you pop it in your mouth and "POOF!" it dissolves...it's like a candy tease
