Things like, was it far back, high up.
I mean it is tough to scale it, because of the angle.

Errmm.. Cool monument, strange tractor, only modest cars..

Pic is taken before two years from some guy in village near my town and was forgoten on my pc long time ...i 'm not pic photoshop ufo expert ..just share it now ..and he is not avalaible now for further info

Great picture of the country side, nothing out of the ordinary.

I have no explanation...I see clouds, mountains in the background, some trees, some houses, a three orb streetlight, some cars, the blue one has some red on top, some snow, some melt water in the street...

Interesting picture. It doesn't look too far up in the sky and it seems to be around midday due to the shadows from the cars. Im going to go with the possible reflection from the those street lamps. There seems to be a similar shape the way the sunlight is hitting the streetlamps on the farther left side. Circular shape but that oval bright spot in them.

Just a guess

If you want my opinion the image could be quite interesting. I would ask that you consider it to be a droplet of moisture on the camera lens as the light we see may be an internal reflection of the sunlight. It was apparently a day where snow was melting so moisture could have somehow gotten onto the lens without anyone knowing. The only way to find out is if another picture from soon after was taken and the same anomaly appears in a spot that is not in the sky.

I have no idea what it is, but i consider this INTERESTING. (Even as usually being very skeptical).

Reason is that the reflection/glare on the "object" seems consistent with the reflections on the other objects in the picture, eg. on the cars.

it is either a good fake/hoax...or really shows a physical object in the sky...maybe a balloon or something.

Edit: Is this taken in eastern Europe somewhere?

Anyways, back to OP, it is really tough to say. And I emphasize the really.

Because the scale is so tough to determine from the angle etra imput would be helpful.
But since it isn't available, anything you can rember would help.

such as: Did he feel it was extraterrestrial. Did he make a big deal out of it.

I will try to look it over some more, I believe it is not photoshopped.*

*I am not sure what it is, but I am fairly certain it has not been altered.
