Ron Paul and Judge Napolitano Sites Hacked?

What's up with the BIG BLACK BARS over the banner on the Ron Paul website, and over the eyes of Judge Andrew Napolitano on Facebook? Have they been hacked, or is this some type of protest I have not heard of?

The black thing is some kind of fundraising promotion for ron paul. Not sure about the black thing over the judges eyes.

"Black THIS out" is the slogan for the October 19th Moneybomb, or so I've heard.

Skimming down the Judge's page I'm noticed other users doing this as well - it's catching on! (As well as Ron Paul's pages)
