Corn is so good that I literally can't stop eating it.

I can eat cans of corn all-day. I can eat corn on the cob all day. I always try to get organic corn, but it's not always available.

This being ATS, any of you guys see a downside to engorging yourself with corn. I can easily dust off five cans of corn, or 10 cobs of corn at one sitting, mixed with just a little butter, olive oil and salt.

It's SOOOOOO good!

Peace

I love Korn. Oops, wrong one.

Nah, corn is great. Not only tasty but a natural laxative. Constipated? Whip up a corn chowder. I can provide the recipe. It's awesome.

Corn is the best.Salt, pepper and the butter with the olive oil added .Then you eat the ears really fast and toss the cobs across the room .

I wonder if there is something to your obsession with corn, my girlfriend is obsessed with corn aswell, when she eats its, she just raves about how she loves corn, i always thought it was a bit strange, but maybe there is some sort of common deficiency in your body, that make you obsess over corn...?

maybe you just really like it, who knows.

If it is not organic it is pretty much guaranteed to be GMO. Sure, it is cheap and abundant but the jury is definitely out on how healthy that is. Maybe when you sprout gills you can come back and tell us if you're still a big fan

I love corn too but I can never find any labeled as "organic" in the grocery store here. I'm paranoid about GMOs so I only eat the corn from the farmers' market. So that means for me, corn is a seasonal food. Same with tomatoes- only summer tomatoes for me, thankyouverymuch!

The indians of America used Corn to survive and strive.

The aztecs built a civilization on Corn alone..

I prefer corn on the cob over the canned corn..

I like popcorn a bit but the microwave popcorn
is no where near as good as stove top popcorn.

Corn is also used to make ethanol..

No one dare insult corn or the children of the CORN
might find you!!

I heard somewhere that corn is useless to the body. Even after you've eatten it, it still comes out looking exactly the same, lol.

My kids LOVE it too, it's the only veg they will pick at dinner time. Corn on the cob is the BEST, grilled with fresh butter, salt and pepper....YUM!

I likes me a nice big bucket of popcorn loaded with that greasy buttery topping at the movies, especially when you get to grease it up yourself with as much grease as you want, and dump a half gallon of popcorn salt on it to boot.

That's a very rare indulgence though.

Peace

Going to die some day I say live it up

Without all the crap on it though the popcorn is actually
not so bad for you.

I had a real popcorn maker I bought at a yard sale used a few times
and sold it at my yard sale..

It is very not very convenient, cook the popcorn at home
and do not put all the salt on it. Buy non-buttered popcorn..
