Well, before jumping to conclusions early on, if you'd waited a week you'd have seen that while his father and Africa were way off, a light aircraft carrying 47 people crashed in Russia killing all on board.

All within a week of the OP posting.

It is possible to dream of future thoughts, thoughts that come about from future events plane crashes you may hear about or see on tv.

So with this future thought information and your own personnel thoughts resulted in your dream.

I wouldn't concentrate to much if it was a airliner or small aircraft from dreams but that fact it was an aeroplane you can read to much into dreams and mix with real life events.

Your dream mixed the two, even if it was really going to happen and let's say you phoned your father to take a flight a week later and that's when the plane crashed happened (a week later) you can't win, you can try, you can't change what was meant to be no matter how premonitions you have....

Theres dreams, premonitions, future thoughts, then you wake up and it's called reality.
