from News 12 Officials at Brookhaven National Laboratory say the loud noise heard in eastern Suffolk was caused by military jets.

www.news12.com...

Several people noted a loud boom in eastern Long Island - www.lifamilies.com...

Many believed it was an explosion related to aftershocks from the quake.

Official story is military jets - anyone have anything to add to this or information?

Fighter jets are pretttttty loud if anyone has ever been to an airshow. I dont think it would be fighter jets because the national guard said there weren't any jets on radar, and if they were fighter jets, why would they fly low enough to shake half the island?

military jets sounds like a blatant lie imo

Yeah, I believe it, we have airshows every summer and fall around here. You wouldn't believe what those sonic booms sound and feel like. It's quite an experience.

Perhaps they're seeding the clouds.
