Is there a way to turn off signatures?
I've tried to keep on top of them by using add blockers to hide the images but its a real pain and they just keep multiplying.
I can't find the settings that forums usually have to hide them here.

Whatever customization you can do is for all intents and purposes available here.

Short answer - no you can't hide signatures.

I kinda think all the big full color Ron Paul ads in the signatures is a little annoying. Yes, Yes, Ron Paul. But it's still and advertisement I'd rather not be shown several times in every page.

Especially as at least one of those breaks the sig rules.

"Signatures:
A maximum of five lines of text, with any graphic image counting as one line (only one image is allowed).
No advertising of your personal or other websites until you have been a contributing member for at least 6 months. All URLs must be approved by an ATS Administrator or Site Owner prior to display.
GIF and JPEF file formats for any image with a maximum dimension of 500 pixels wide by 50 pixels tall. File size is not to exceed 25k, and animated GIF's are allowed."

Well, I'm sure ATS wouldn't be KNOWINGLY allowing people to break the TOS, so I'm sure it's justa mistake of some sort

Speaking of rules...

add blockers may be okay (dunno) but ad blockers are against the T&C

Just saying

Not sure what you think is against the rules in a signature. People who have links in theirs have been given that permission

zorgon is absolutely right about that:

20b) Ad Blockers: As the Websites are provided as a free service, in part through the income of our advertising, you agree not to use "ad-blocking" software or similar built-in web browser options designed to obfuscate or block online advertising while using the Websites.

I see people have banner ads in their sigs for politicians.

Can we have them for various corporate brands as well?

I mean, they are the same thing, arent they?
