Strange Solar activity or just tecnical problem?

If the NASA Cor 2 Satelite is fine, This one can be a strange one! Taking a look at the archive, from 3:31 onwards, the centre of the Sun appears to be surrounded by a permanent hallo. If true , this should be possible to be observed from Earth (with the adequate eye protection) .

In general we can assume they are planets orbiting the Sun . HOWEVER, I cant understand why it would look like this:
