I don't know which is worse,this happened a few years ago.
There was a restaurant that had to fire their entire kitchen
crew because someone had peed on a customer's steak.
There are a lot of sick people out there.

FDA aside, this is disgusting and like you, our food supply is something I do take seriously, and just wanted to remind people to do so.

These people should be forced to eat cock-meat sandwiches til the end of their days.
