UFO Captured on Singapore Video

It reminds me a lot of The Phoenix Lights.

I agree with you here, jude11. Due to the extreme close up of the video, it is hard to tell of anything really. But I speculate that it is some hanging lights that are connected by a string waving in the wind. The second light on the right seems to have a swinging motion as if it were a pendulum type illuminated object.
