Is Haarp causing the sky off Miami to rotate like in Norway?

There seems to be some some strange spiraling in the skys off Miami Florida. This was the same area that they warned us might have GPS anomalies back in March. Could they be doing something with Haarp or some other government device?

the simple answer to your question is NO.
HAARP does nothing to do with the stars nor the earths axis or rotation it is a High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.. www.haarp.alaska.edu... not dr. evils weather/sky manipulation device...

the link you provided looks like a normal radar image of a storm brewing which it is typical for it to rotate as it is in the images.

Looks like a normal Low Pressure system churning off the coast line to me.
Cloud formations and rain guage guides give that away.

Nothing to see here.

there is zero proof it is anything other than what they claim it to be. Everything else is just conjecture and fear mongering.

I wish it was because IMO the Norway Spiral was probably the coolest thing ever reported in the regular news (ex-aequo with Phonenix Lights).

But I cant see why you think so because that link seems to be showing normal storming?

Found a good fairly easy to understand article on what causes GPS anomalies:

'sharing a conversation on gps anomalies periodically peregrine'

Solar flares, sun spots, receiver clock errors (affected by receiver temperature), variations in gravity, solar wind, debris impacts to satellites, visibility of satellites and specific targeting with intent to jam were all given as reasons for GPS anomalies on open water.

Not sure if HAARP can cause any of these. Also a detailed description of what the OP saw resembling spirals would be good since the original view seems to be gone.

Proof of a circular formation in the sky that is spinnning.

It is pretty much a normal weather pattern for that area this time of the year.

The people who work at the facility in Alaska,are just normal people dong scientific research.

They are not mad scientists plotting and implementing death and destruction to innocent people through out the world.

Those people are in Washington living in their little guiled cages protected by bodyguards behind high walls.

Do you have any reason to suspect that this isn't just what it seems -- a normal rotation due to a low pressure area? In the Northern Hemisphere, low pressure areas cause counterclockwise rotations (clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere) -- and they are EXTREMELY common.

It looks perfectly normal, but you must have a reason for suspecting that perhaps it isn't normal.

The idea of a link to the Norway spiral is tenuous at best, most attribute that to a terminated Russian rocket launch. Your radar map looks pretty 'normal' ie; weather.

I went back to find the thread that was talking about the GPS anomoly and the Bermuda triangle turns out it was back at the end of January.

Clearly those clouds off Florida are rotating in a vortex pattern and the image is pulsating red and green as it turns.

Could this be headed for the Bermuda triangle

...I think you need to give us some real connection between a shut-down of the GPS system in January and a very normal-looking weather pattern in July.

Some connection between the Russian missile failure over Norway and HAARP would also be useful, to establish that it had anythign to do with HAARP in the first place.

I'm sure the russians would be fascinated to know if/how HAARP achieved such a spectacular "intercept", given it costs a miniscule fraction of what both countries have spent on ABM systems over the years, but apaprently can act at 10,000km range!

I might not have this a 100% correct, but the vortex you speak of seemed normal to a a high pressure area, a anticyclone. The pattern is now different in the OP, but still anticyclonic.

You need to make some correlation between Norway's very short lived visually vortex event, and a normal weather event, and that could be nigh impossible.

OK they sent some planes out to investigate the "vortex" and found a tropical storm brewing.
Now they have put up watches in the Bermuda triangle.
Nothing to see here move along.
