Sounds good, and I love me some mushrooms, but unfortunately I cant cook worth sh***. Last time I tried to cook some mushrooms they tasted really, really bad, so I just threw the ones I cooked out, and ate the rest raw, and they tasted way better.

If I ever get the courage, to try to cook stuff again I will definitely try your recipe. But no really I really suck at cooking so much so that I wont even eat my own cooking, and I will usually eat just about anything.

I used to work for Olive Garden, and often prepped the shrooms there. I like those, but I tend to prefer Rouse's green onion sausage stuffed into my mushrooms (Cajun country Green Onion Sausage, for more definition). Garnish with usually american Cheese. Almost no prep time that way.

Yuuuuuuum, I'm gonna have at these soon enough.

Just a quick question (sorry if you covered it), what kind of mushrooms do you use? I'm guessing the larger flat mushrooms rather than the buttons to get more filler in.

Looks like dinners covered tomorrow night though.

I'll say it again!

I made these and got people who don't eat mushrooms to EAT mushrooms and ask for more! These are super tasty!

I'll be making these next weekend! Apparently college football season is coming up and my bf will be home so I'm gonna make snacks for him and whoever else is here.
I use to make food and take it to work but now I only work with one other person lol so my trays of food wouldnt' go far.

I made these as a Fathers Day snack for my fiancee's fist Fathers Day and he loved them!

I told him the left over cheese/bacon middle can be used on an english muffin or bagel. I know what's going to be for breakfast tomorrow!!

As I type this our dog is begging for a mushroom haha. He would more than likely love them but he can't have dairy lol

I don't generally like mushrooms (especially on pizza, gross) but serve me a good stuffed mushroom and you can't keep me away. I made some for Christmas last year that involved bleu cheese, bacon, and carmalized onions. So good!
