The Peace That Passeth Understanding; Shanti Shanti Shanti!
Greetings!
This is my very final post here at ATS. Most will not like the conclusions I have arrived at; they are not very "trendy" and will not be popular.
I really have come full circle. I arrived here at ATS after so many years of being one of those outlanders in society, loaded with my dreams and
ideals; looking for justice in an unjust world.
This is my final statement really on all that. I wish here to nullify everything I have written in the past. I have to admit I am as clueless as
anyone. I have criticised the establishment heavily, but really I now wish to state that I am on the side of Britain, The United States and Israel.
This is my culture and this is where, in the light of all that I have learned from my readings and travels, I belong.
You know, yes we have done some terrible and heinous things in the world, but this is the nature of the world we live in. The CIA, MOSSAD and others
have had to act ruthlessly at times in response to powers that do wish to totally destroy the western civilizations.
You see, my friends, the lives we have here in Britain, The U.S and Israel are still freedom orientated. Our lives here contrasted against other
states clearly reveal we are still free as far as any kind of freedom can be achieved in this savage climate of reality.
I once believed in the masses, but over the years I have witnessed first hand the chaos of people and I know that order of some kind is necessary. Mob
rule? No thank you!
I would like to write much, but I will spare you too much reading. This is just a simple, honest and frank admission on my part and a public
notification of my change of heart.
It is goodbye to the dreamer and idealist I was and in my maturity I wish to dwell in the land of realism. The world right now is very savage and
brutal. People behave savagely and brutally - to the point where men will destroy the lives of women and children even to achieve merely political
ends.
Islam makes it very clear it has no real tolerance of infidels. There is no meeting on common ground. There is a huge and very real threat to Israel
and the west in general. We are not liked for our liberal ways. Yet I value so much this liberalism. It is not perfect, but it is as much freedom as
we can muster in a world of duality.
One very important observation I wish to communicate is the fact that faith in others is vital. Those who legislate and make decisions on our behalf
do have their own and therefore our interests at heart. We can not all be rich and powerful in this life. There is neither room nor resources for the
whole population of this world to have that life of luxury. There has to come a point of contentment with what one has.
I have no status, not much wealth, but I have a great life that I enjoy very much, being fortunate enough to live in Britain where I have such good
rights as a human being. I am truly appreciating this as I learn through my experiences.
I am back with you, Establishment; to play my small part in supporting our civilization. I maintain my right to be a conscientious objector and not to
practice violence with my own two hands, because I believe what Christ said; "He who lives by the sword will die by the sword", but I am a realist
and I support my country and culture as being a precious and very valuable life asset.
I pray for the success of our governments in Britain, The U.S and Israel, that we make the right decisions for our people and I here pledge my
allegiance to my homeland Britain, my second home Israel and our Big Little Brother, the United States of America who has helped and given so much to
protect us and our freedoms.
May we be successful as a people together through the struggles we must face to maintain our freedom.
