Ideal for bedtime reading, or when you have some time to relax and browse!

An interesting list for sure, I even found mention of orbs found and photographed ( included) in New Zealand with unexplained patches of dead/dying grass on areas where they were found. Who knew?? This NZ girl didn't.

I love that you never stop learning.

So, with that profound statement...

POSSIBLE UFO CRASHS THROUGHOUT HISTORY

The site is cseti btw....and some of you have no doubt seen this list but I know many ATS'ers would not have cos' I hadn't!!

An example...

This case rests solely on the account of John Cross from Polson, Montana, a remote ranching area in the north-west of the USA. The incident occurred in late September or early October 1925, just after dusk. Aside from John, then a young child, his mother was also witness to what happened.[/ex

John told me how a 'pulsating, roaring noise' made them look upwards to see a 'flaming circular object of approxinately 60m (200ft) or more in diameter descending at approximately 1,100 to 1,600 km/hr (700 to 1,000 mph) and about 8 km (5 miles) distant.'

Wow, those damn aliens must not know how to drive. Must be a bunch of women drivers or something. Shame there is zero evidence available to us that can shed any light on potential crashes. It's all just hearsay and internet folklore.

On another note, cseti? Really? The ignorant organization is an insult to anyone who even has half a brain. They make us all look like a collective bunch of ignorant fools by perpetuating the stereotype that I admit we seem to deserve.

hi Annella, + thanks for that...

really good list,

+ i went straight to the Australian section, 1960s - 70s,
and read about the "silver spheres..."
very interesting...

By far the most interesting piece of evidence made available to me by Australian and New Zealand authorities was a 1972 newspaper clipping that referenced one of the 'sphere crashes' on Australian territory in 1963. According to the report, two spheres had been recovered approximately one hundred and fifty miles north of Broken Hill, and the Broken Hill Police had arranged to have the objects flown to the National Weapons Research Establishment (NWRE) at Adelaide for examination. ...after examination by specialist staff at the NWRE, it was determined that the spheres were neither Soviet nor American in origin. From where, then, did they originate?

thanks again

Ignorance can be catching sweetie....just saying.

This was posted as a ' bedtime' ( note.. not necessarily a MUST READ) project or similar for those with open minds. If yours is closed thats cool, just let others make their own minds up. How does that go down with ya?
I am not posting facts here, just a link to some purported occurences and I am sure there are some that warrant further study. Its a light subject, no need to make it heavy.

SETI has nothing to do with CSETI.

Please don't lump the two of them together.

I find that to be incredibly sexist.

You are 13 years old and need quite a few more orbits of the sun under ya belt before making an informed judgement.

im12 @nd wat is dis.
I'm actually 14, but by correcting you I end up sounding like a douche.
I just think some of the stories are to ehhh. far fetched?
Also this

At least three nations on Earth now have their own electro-gravitic "flying saucers".

Any proof of that on the site (I didn't read through the whole thing)?

I suggest using the search function here at ATS and you will find the answers you are looking for. Also try that other friend Google. Much enlightenment to be had.
Good to see young people with enquiring minds but there is something worth bearing in mind. It's better to soak in as much information as possible from BOTH sides of a discussion... and to take on board knowledge already garnered by your elders. Then you can make an informed opinion.

I'd like to christen this thread with a bottle of:

On the back label -

“In 1954 the village council of Chateauneuf-du-pape was quite perplexed and apprehensive that flying saucers or “flying cigars” might do damage in their vineyards were they to land therein. So, right thinking men all, they created an ordinance prohibiting the landing of flying saucers or flying cigars in their vineyards. (This ordinance has worked very well in discouraging such landings.) The ordinance further states that any volitational object that did alight was to be taken immediately to the pound.

Here's a glass for all who create new threads in order to share knowledge.

Cheers
