Most of the Obama bashing is based on misinformation, misrepresentation and flat out lies (he's a radical! He's a socialist! He wasn't born in the US! He's purposely trying to destroy the economy! He's black!).

While the Palin bashing is based on some really, really, really dumb things that she has said repeatedly. So dumb that it makes you wonder how this person has ever held public office.

I'm not saying there isn't legitimate criticisms of Obama, because there is, but a lot of the bashing I see of Obama is really far out speculation and misrepresentation.

Funny thing, most of them I've heard on The Daily Show before.

Sarah Palin has gaffes in everything she says, no one is looking at her speeches with a fine tooth comb to find them. They pop out at you.
