The following report made the national media in Australia just now....

Spotted at Mission Beach

www.news.com.au

I don't know what to make of it yet, but I do like the fact that the dog was the first to notice something unusual and out of the ordinary.

For those out there interested have fun.....

There is a military base 200km to the south east but it is mainly army, not air force, but it doesn't sound like that is a likely solution in any case.

Unbeleivable, he runs inside to get his binoculars and not a camera or his phone...

Although there was this gallery on the article that has some other recent UFO sightings this year -

Good read, love it when sceptics see something out the ordinary!

But why the hell didn't he grab his cam when he got his binoculars!!

You are right it does look very similar to centrepoint tower but dark and blurry, when i looked through that gallery, alot of them looked fake but some looked interesting.

In regard to adding or embedding images it's abit of an arduous task at first but after awhile you get used to it.

Firsly you need to save the image to your computer and make sure it's not to big, i use picasa to resize large images to makie them around 640 or 480 but dont worry about so much to start with.

Then goto tools in the ribbon across the top of the screen and from there goto pictures which appears in the ribbon below ( i hope that makes sense )

On the pictures page if you need to log in just use your ATS log in.

Goto personal upload and from there it's pretty easy.

Once the image is uploaded, open it and use the embed url - you will see it easily.

If that explaination wasnt very good then i would be happy to repost with some screenshots
or i am sure there is a thread on ATs somewhere on how to do it.

I agree, particularly the one taken by the soldier in Iraq in the last few years, it looks a lot like a Photoshop job.
