Leicester City Council 'not ready' for zombie attack

Love it, wish they showed the response in full from Leicester council.

Actually really want to do this myself now... maybe target my local council with a concern about the possibility of invasion by a group of giant kittens. Maybe quote 'Honey I blew up the kids' as a source.

Well the truth is, if a farm, village, town, city, county or nation is prepared for a zombie outbreak, then they are prepared for everything that you can prepare for. Invasion, terrorism, bio-terrorism, plague, alien invasion, natural disaster, complete economic shut down, all the worlds oil running out*, and the overthrow of civil liberties.
