Michelle Obama to appear on iCarly

(Reuters) - First lady Michelle Obama will appear on children's TV show "iCarly," -- a favorite program of her daughters -- to promote her initiative to support military families, the network behind the show said on Wednesday.

According to Wikipedia iCarly is a childrens show that airs on Nickelodeon. The episode will be broadcast sometime in January.

Well, she's better looking than many of the past First Ladies. But then, when people are of the bloodline of reptilians, you can't expect pretty.

Michele is going to be on a kids show supporting our country's military? On the surface, that's good. Support those folks, however misquided and brainwashed they might be who are fighting for "freedom and democracy" and protecting us from the evil hordes that hate us. (sarcasm). However, the support the warriors receive from our government is pitifully lacking in quality and substance.

18 veterans, on average, a day commit suicide. Most suffering from PTSD, served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, 80 % not being cared for by the VA mental health care system. That's about 7,000 of these folks last year alone. This doesn't include the numbers of active duty members who commit suicide. 75,000 veterans, homeless, on the streets. This information can be found at military.com and armytimes.com. But not at the VA's website. There you will just find testimonials from veterans who attest to the "excellent" care they are receiving via the VA.

Now, back to Michele, being on iCarly. I sense that this is more of an act to continue to indoctrinate our children into accepting that continuing wars are the way things are supposed to be.

Republican wars = bad.
Democrat wars = good.
