Media Blackout Game?

I was searching for something using the term "media blackout" and came across an unusual link. It is a single page with three images of screen shots from this "game" and a short timel line of the games development.
I book marked the page a long time ago because it seemed kind of strange, recent events in the news only add to the mystery.
The description of the game is a first person shooter where you negotiate a labyrinth of obstacles to uncover the secrets behind war and oil. There is a billboard with CNN, Viacom and a Picasso about war. The most interesting screen shot is the last one, it shows a walled compound with an entrance shaped like the Mcdonalds golden arches and a helicopter hovering overhead. I can't identify the geographic location of the screen shot from any maps of Pakistan but if it matches the location of Osama's "mansion" it would be a real mind blower.
