A drop in the bucket. Again, if you look at the sheer economics of recovering the money, it isn't worth it. That said, as I have gone through this a few times, it does become more and more clear that there was a huge amount of fraud that, in times of desperation and need, should be punished to the full extent. those that would take from families in need should be hung out to dry...
