Is Gen. Petraeus Appointed New C.I.A Head a Reward For Finding Usama? Is He The New Chosen One?

Things have moved quite quickly for this General. And the timing is just right.
First, he takes Gen. McChrystal's job over b/s circumstances, now he's head of the C.I.A
shortly after Usama Bin Landen is killed. Seems to me like he is being rewarded for keeping secrets.

Chosen One? I don't think so. I saw somewhere else that he didn't even want the job.

General Patreaus is going to get commended and pushed aside. There were alot of "I"s in Obamas speech. Its gonna be an Obama hero fest and no ones gonna care about anyone else. Just in time to convince the people he brings change....excuse me while I barf.

Leon Panetta is being moved to Defense Secretary - that is HIS reward.
Patreus has to take over the CIA. He's ambitious as all get out, and, IMO, a bit dangerous because of it.
