As far as I know "December 31, 1969" is the default date for any date in the ATS database. In other words if a field doesn't have an actual date (for instance March 1, 2002) then it defaults to December 31, 1969 to prevent a null error.

So my guess would be in this case that the accounts was registered back then but they were never actually used to log in - or it was old accounts from the old ATS board that was transferred to the new board, but the members never logged in on the new board.

These time slipes are getting really bad.

They have a time machine and they refuse to let anybody use it. Those two people were lost as ghost in the machine. Theres no telling if they will ever be saved, Just feel safe that this knowledge was locked up before anybody else was lost.

Indeed. Look at the registration date of the older members. They're all Jun 28, 2002, i.e. when the new ATS was created... My guess - and this is just a wild guess, is that admin "pre-registered" both "Bill" and "Mark" to prevent other people from registering with those names and pretend that they are either Bill (SkepticOverlord) or Mark (Springer)...

Those two, Bill and Mark, they are real trouble. Always up to something.
