Resolution co-sponsored by Obama makes him ineligible to be president

I'm not really a birther and I think there's WAY MORE IMPORTANT crisis going on right now, but this is very interesting.

It's a totally new approach to the birther issue... And Obama basically made himself ineligible to be president with that one.



The only upside to Obama getting the boot would be maybe a good democrat could run in 2012? Kucinich?

Perhaps you need to say it again, louder.
I keep checking. I hear that this has been proven, that has been proven, finally this can happen, that can happen, the birthers are winning, blah blah. He is still president and if any military is making moves to arrest him, I am having trouble finding any information on that. Maybe they did not hear you?

According to the law at that time and up to 1986 he could not have been a U.S. citizen EVER!!!!. On Obamas own testimony he lived overseas after he was born. Not that he was even born here anyway.

let me get this straight, if your parents aren't citizens, then you are not a citizen? or just not a "natural-born" citizen?

also should you have less rights that a natural-born citizen?
