'Afro-Americans' are Africans, so no, I can't tell any physical differences, as there really are none. Afro-Americans are Africans living in America, lol.

And the ethnic make up of Indians and Pakistanis in themselves is quite diverse, so I can't necessarily tell the difference on physical appearance either, as there isn't necessarily one. An Indian and Pakistani could both be Indo-Aryans, while 2 seperate Indians and Pakistanis could both be Dravidians. On the other hand one could be Indo-Aryan, the other could be Dravidian. But neither nationality necessarily belong to one group or the other.

If you're asking me can I tell the difference between an African and an Indian? Definately lol
