Killeen Texas UFO... Flares?

Just seen this video tonight, Did a quick search couldnt find it. My luck it was already posted so I won't go into incredible discussion on this yet. I did try and search it on here.

Its a strange video for sure but I am skeptical because the lights for some reason seem to be doing what the people describe, as if they knew they were appearing at a certain time.

Being that Fort Hood is in Killeen it makes sense that they could possibly be flares, or something else in the training grounds West of the base. My suggestion is to look up here www.hood.army.mil... on possible training exercises going on at that time.

I'll take a shot in the dark on this one...

people on roofs of houses with some sort of lights that dont project beams ...

on the 1st set of lights,couldnt really get a perspective from any landmarks to show distance, altitude...

but when cameraman pans left to 2nd lights towards 2:20... looks like those are lights on that roof...

Oh my God. Hey it's another ufo video of.....yep bright lights.

At least they are clear and not fuzzy I suppose.
