Why doesn't the Gun Shop owner get closed down? It's his guns, he sold them to a killer!

Solution is simple. Get the government to order a notice and mandate that all routers to include some sort of notice that "Not putting a password on your router can compromise your IP address being used" type of deal. Like they do for cigarettes, except on a router. A notice in the router box, and a permanent notice on the router firmware page.

Yeah and we also have the least amount of officers per citizen and to top that tons of guns. Not to mention that places like Helsinki are very multicultural these days. Finns are also known to drink, tons. So all the 'conditions' for a world where SWAT is called on even the tinyest excuse do excist here. Don't know why they don't do it. I'm happy that for now it is so.
