2:56 has something doing a sharp angle turn, then making a bright flash.
You need to watch it in fullscreen to notice it.

Great video! I love time-lapses. @ the poster above, I don't think that the object in the sky made a turn at all. I think it is the angle of approach that slightly gives that effect. I believe it stays on a linear course.
