Found this one titled "NOW YOU SEE IT, NOW YOU DON'T!" at www.nsa.gov...

He basically restates the Iran F-4 intercept story but adds some editorial for a 1st paragraph and last sentence:

Sometime in his career, each pilot can expect to encounter strange, unusual happenings which will never be adequately explained by logic or subsequent investigation. The following article recounts just such an episode as reported by two F-4 Phantom crews of the Imperial Iranian Air Force during late 1976. No additional information or explanation of the strange events has been forthcoming; the story will be filed away and probably forgotten [nope!], but it makes interesting, and possible disturbing, reading.

Wow disintegration, can you link it or tell which case it is ?

My favorite are 42 and 41; those are the only i took the time to read and if they're real they provide enough proof of intelligent life for me.

I think time might have been 22.03Z, bearing 026 degrees, and position 23.17 north 82.19 west, which is at sea just north of Havana.

Very interesting link.
For some reason when I downloaded the PDF it wouldn't open. Has anyone else had this problem... or am I just a penis lol.
I'm particularly interested in COMINT. I will definately look into this more and will post my findings.

Sure I read in these that COMINT is land base forces code for reporting UFO's and MERINT is for sea based troops

(think that is what you were after??...)

I hadn't gotten to that one yet. It looks like based on the analysis from the researcher that they are explaining how to communicate with them mathematically. Maybe its them responding to our messages we've been broadcasting, or its a very very old message from them reaching out to potential intelligent life in the universe (meaning they've had a lot longer to advance in technology since when they sent it).

Now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense that it is them responding. If they were to respond, then I would presume they would have tried to decipher our message and send back something similar. Maybe they'll figure out how to warp space and come visit us .

How does one determine an un-identifiable object as friendly

Believe it or not by squawking a "friendly" transponder code. Previously know as IFF, Identification Friend or Foe. I heard a story about this sometime in the past, ufos picked up on radar squawking the correct codes.

Further we need to make it clear that whoever fully discloses all UFO information will be the dominant political influence for the next decade.

I mean, they couldn't just release it... that would be stupid. However I don't think outright denial is the answer.

I'm no politician, so I don't claim to even begin to understand the complexities of how to disclose such a massive subject.

As an individual, I would settle for summin like:-
'We know they exist, we will observe and study them with your help. We will put together specialised organisations in order to safeguard, represent and inform the people of earth in preperation for contact'

At least then I could trust them.

What's the point though in releasing files online when nothing comes of it anyway? Remember The Vault, that basically admitted things about aliens but still nothing has come of it. It's all blatenly all under our noses and hardly anyone sees it. People won't believe it until it hits them right in the smacker.

MERINT is Merchant Ship Intelligence E.g. "MERINT report".

In the NSA files I also see "Top Secret Spoke in entirety" ?
