The report Saturday said police who have blockaded the monastery and restricted the movements of its 2,500 residents launched a raid Thursday night. It said police took 300 monks to an unknown location and two villagers trying to block the monks' removal were killed.

anyone have more information on where these 300 monks have been taken or what will happen to them?
I really like monks, looks like things will be very bad for China soon, anyone else think massive protests will arise?
Is this being done to inflame the situation?
