Since you haven't proved that 9/11 wasn't carried out by the Westboro Baptist Church in association with a team of Venusian warthogs I assume that argument is also still up in the air?

Both scenarios are not equal in plausibility. The idea that the cockpit door was never opened, even once, on transcontinental flights is inherently implausible.

Such a departure from normal routine, whereby flight attendants serve the flight crew refreshments and flight crew exit the cockpit to go to the lavatory, would require special evidence to support such unusual circumstances.

That's as may be, but "normal routine" has itself not been proven to have occurred. Just because you assume something to be true doesn't make it so. That being the case, and until it can be shown to be false, the door remaining closed remains a possibility, however unlikely.
