The perfect human being

In my opinion, the "perfect" human would no longer be human. Stronger eyes, regenerating limbs, telepathy, skin that can't be pierced easily, nano-cites to cure all diseases, etc. That's what I'd think would be involved, although yes, perfect is in the eye of the beholder and technically nothing is perfect.
