Who can I get a hold of to make me an awesome avatar/mini-background thing?

I suck at anything art.

I see many people with awesome ones, and want one made for me

Check out this thread, I think a number of people posted they do avatars in that thread, you may want to send a u2u to kinglizard, he did one for me in the past.
