This is a prime example of the corruption of the system, though not the wars and mass starvation of biliions, which are the huge issues along with their poison in our food, water, soil, air, and their GMO contaminated Frankenstein food. But its the kind of thing that makes me see red!!!

Its the kind of thing that should make anyone see red!!!

And that is how you change it. By not taking squat from them. By saying NO very firmly and loudly and letting them know that as mere employees (and even THAT corrupt judge was a mere employee) of the public, they are not in this for their vested interests, but for ours, and for fairness, rightness, freedom, good services to the people, and equality!!!!! Its by insisting that this is done with bullhorns and that not only will they not get away with it, but that they will be facing consequences if they use NAZI tactics to railroad over justice.

I don't feel you have to use violent methods. I watched the Bildenburg group cringe and then duck and dodge when AJ used his Bullhorn.

Lining up with Bullhorns, and not going, no matter how many cops get called out. In fact, lining up with Bullhorns at their offices and the courthouses, and the MP's, all of them, and getting together and hiring the best investigators on the job to charge the Bankers and bloodline families with every single crime that can be allogated to them.

This would be a great start to changing things.

This comes under the The Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment.

The owners of the land can file suit (Inverse Condemnation suit)for compensation with the agency that has taken the use rights of the land.
en.wikipedia.org...

These Takings Clause suits can also be brought against counties for in this case for zoneing and allowing the sale of wetland for home construction.
They can also be brought against states counties and cities for diverting surface runoff water across vacant property converting the property to wetlands. This is usually caused by a agency diverting runoff water during street or road building or improvements

And these suits can also be brought against real estate developers in the case of real estate developers selling known wetlands.

In Calif we run into these cases on mining land that has been owned by mining companies for 20 to 100 years and then when they try to mine the property a agency tells them they can not.

and how they are getting around that 5th Amendment
is to make anybody who opposes this land grab be
forced to pay a $200K fee just to take it to court.
The Constitution says absolutely nothing about you
can only get the 5th Amendment if you PAY for it.

Senate Bill 787 - Amends clean water act

Placed on legislative agenda and thats it. Nothing has come to vote, which means the EPA is acting illegaly in regards to the OP and the people who wanted to build their house near a lake.

you point is absolutely correct.

the only folks that say and believe that you should only be "allowed" to exercise your rights are the liberal/statist "progressive" bund that occupy the US government.

these people - barry obama included - are hateful, anti-human animals.
