The "I" cannot meditate.
And more "I" meditation is worse
The "I" can find time to sit quietly and mentally ready itself for meditation. It is easier to simply say, I meditate, though I do understand this may lead to the problem of identifying the results of meditation solely with one's own efforts. However, there are many forms of meditation, and only some of them fall into this category of spiritual practice.

If you would care to elaborate on your reply, it may be helpful.
Is your no in response to, "the "I" can find time to sit quietly and mentally ready itself for meditation.", or to, "it is easier to simply say, I meditate," or to, "though I do understand this may lead to the problem of identifying the results of meditation solely with one's own effort", or finally to, "however, there are many forms of meditation, and only some of them fall into this category of spiritual practice." ?
Or is it a no in response to everything I posted above?
