I don't know if this individual will get a jury trial but if so the jury needs to nullify this BS and put an end to it. This is precisely the sort of thing that requires a fully informed jury that realizes they have the power to not only acquit the defendant but also to nullify the "law".

It's their game not yours. When it's your games you'll get to make up the rules. Look at what Jesus said, "It's their face's on the money not yours". It's a different story now. Now we have the founding father's faces on it not some Roman military officials. You don't see Bush on a dollar.
