My salad just disapeared into thin air!

Check the trash can. You may have just "forgotten" that you ate your salad and threw away the container. Check too for any sign of intrusion --- unlocked doors, windows, etc.

Did your salad or the empty container ever turn up?

I'm not kidding. I just bought a salad, set it on the couter, went upstairs, came back down and it's gone.

No one else is in the house. I know exactly where the salad was at. I'm very upset because it was delicious and now I'm hungry.

a plethora of other crap disappearing and sometimes reappearing ...check my story out...

not sure if it was the house, me, my step-grandson that was the conduit or what.. but it started to spill over into my place of employment and nearly got me fired; this phenomenon seems to be on the rise as of late, I think there was a thread posted a couple weeks ago that someone else posted of something else disappearing as well.
