By BOB CHRISTIE The Associated Press Tuesday, October 26, 2010; 8:52 PM PHOENIX -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday struck down a key part of Arizona's law requiring voters to prove they are citizens before registering to vote and to show identification before casting ballots. The decision by a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found the law requiring voters to prove their citizenship while registering is inconsistent with the National Voter Registration Act. That federal law allows voters to fill out a mail-in voter registration card and swear they are citizens under penalty of perjury, but doesn't require them to show proof as Arizona's law does.

Ruling strikes down part of Arizona voter ID law

Ok so the Feds want people voting who do not have to prove their citizenship. All they have to do is sign the form that says they are citizens. Is it any wonder ballots are printed in Spanish and English?

Arizona's law required PROOF of citizenship. The Federal law requires NO PROOF. Yes the Democrats are looking to all the ILLEGAL ALIENS to keep them in power.
