North Korea 'planning new nuclear test'

Images gathered from US satellites indicate that work is under way at the same site where Pyongyang carried out its first two atomic tests, in 2006 and 2009.

The Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported that surveillance has detected activity at the site in the northeastern province of North Hamgyong, including work to restore tunnels that were destroyed in the first two test blasts.

IMO this is to ``celebrate`` the passage of power to his son.

Hopefully their nukes have not much advanced since 2009... after all it's North Korea... third world country with 1950s technology.

Will the test happen during the G20 summit in Seoul in November or later or what?

I kinda remember americans killed a lot of people in Hiroshima/Nagazaki with 1945 tech.
Good thing Obama recently admitted he resumed nuclear testing.

I can't understand why that country bows down to that tiny prick. I could imagine this turning into the war of the pacific 2, except N. Korea is Japan.

And who cares if N.Korea has a big army, so did Japan during WWII, and the only damage they did on the USA was at Pearl Harbor. As long as it's not a repeat of the Vietnam / Korean war lol.

Them again? They have got to be the best scammers in the world. They build a nuke, we pay them to stop, they stop for a year then say they are building another one, we give them money not to....its an endless cycle.
