Whitney is 'Whitey' on some ballots

www.suntimes.com

The last name of Green Party gubernatorial candidate Rich Whitney is misspelled as "Whitey" on electronic-voting machines in nearly two dozen wards -- about half in predominantly African-American areas -- and election officials said Wednesday the problem cannot be corrected by Election Day.

"I don't want to be identified as 'Whitey.' If this is happening in primarily African-American wards, that's an even bigger concern,"

An accident? Perhaps, but at a minimum it shows how incompetent the folks are who run the elections in this country. Last month there were significant problems in Philadelphia with voting machines, just like there are problems across the country during every election.

That many of these were changed in predominately black neighborhoods strikes me as odd and likely purposeful manipulation by the Chicago political machine.

At what point will we truly get to the bottom of the voting irregularilies in this country? It is becomming more like a banana republic each election cycle with broken machines, not enough ballots, spelling errors on ballots, thugs walking outside of polling places with pipes, intimidating voters. When elections are purposefully manipulated, we have no democracy.

We also had the news out yesterday that in Illinois the overseas ballots were never sent to the Military.

It really can't be that hard to deploy simple technology to manage an election, can it? Either there is manipulation of the voting process or a vast network of dullards are running elections in this country

Here is a story about the Democrats tossing food to folks to vote in Indian reservations:

Oh, and as for "Whitey", There is a lengthy thread of Michelle Obama giving a speach about "Whitey":

At some point this nonsense has to stop. Perhaps some folks can manipulate ballots in 2012 to read Barak Hussein Osama and the thugs can see if they like it.

If that is not election tampering, then I don't know what is? I heard about this on the radio this morning. Needless to say, I was surprised. It seems like some kind of sick joke. "Rich Whitey?" The guys name is Rich Whitney but they conveniently dropped the "n," in his name and will have it like that in predominately black wards? This could get some more votes for Governor Pat Quinn, a Democrat, who is trailing the Republican, Bill Brady. More Illinois thuggery during election time. This only state where the dead walk out of their graves to vote. Election fraud is the norm. People continue to drink the Kool Aide, and vote the crooks in.

To make matters worse, the military serving over seas may lose their right to vote in the State of Illinois?

Military ballots may not count in Illinois

Cris Cray, Director of Legislation at the Illinois State Board of Elections, says not all of Illinois' 110 jurisdictions were compliant with the 2009 Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE).

The law requires every state to mail their absentee ballots 45 days prior to Election Day to overseas troops, government employees and other Americans who want to vote from abroad.

. . . Overseas ballots could be a deciding factor in Illinois' mid-term elections where recent polls show a tight U.S. Senate race between Republican Mark Kirk and Democrat Alexi Giannoulias. Republican Bill Brady has an edge over Democratic incumbent Pat Quinn for governor . . .

Illinois is not the only state to have the Justice Department investigating them for negligence, but other states as well. These flaps can't all be by accident, and it seems like something fishy is going on from behind the scenes? It is ridiculous that these men and women are over seas fighting and getting killed, and may now miss the election, because some counties and states conveniently dragged their feet to get the ballots out late rather than on time? Perhaps, this negligence has an ulterior motive? Maybe some in the Board of Elections would want to sway the election in someway? The bold and blatant fraud taking place during elections is getting very tiresome.

Try the 2004 election in which Ohio electronic votes were routed to a private server before being forwarded to Secretary of State Ken Blackwell's office.
