Why Don't Air Force Jets Intercept UFO?

This is just a curious question that has been bothering me.

May I first preface my question with the fact that I am a believer and have seen a UFO up close.

What I don't understand is why don't our Fighter Jets surround the UFOS and try to contact them?
If contact is not made then why don't our Fighters shoot them down?

Have you ever tried to chase down someone on a motorcycle with your bicycle?

I have read a story somewhere that we actually have shot a UFO down with fighter jets.

I am sure without a doubt if a fighter jet from China or Russia came into our air space we would immediately make contact and escort the offender out of our air space.

Just does not make since for so many of us to see UFOS and they are not treated like another countries Fighter jet would be treated.

Any information concerning my question will be appreciated.

When people report UFO sightings I don't remember them reporting seeing our Air Force fighters too.

you are saying this as if you know exactly what the supposed u.f.os or alien craft are capable of, and also saying it as if you know every incident inside out!.

Well first off, i'd say the chasing a motorcycle with your bicycle is an understatement. Second we have intercepted these in the past, or made attempts at least. You can find it in many different cases from the U.K., U.S, and Peru (of course these are only a small percentage of the cases). I'm sure at this point the government doesn't even bother. Also I highly doubt ufo's are wanting to communicate with fighter aircraft (I don't think that the air jockies are intercepting the UFO to have a cup of tea).

Possible reasons

A) They don't want to start an interstellar war
B) The Governments have a Treaty with them
C) They are Plasma Critters and as such pose no threat to us

There have been a number of very high profile instances of military jets attempting to intercept UFOs.

Such incidents include (but are not limited to):

- Portugal 1982: Captain Julio Miguel Guerra

- Belgium 1990: Various

- Iran 1976: General Parviz Jafari

- Peru 1980: Comandante Oscar Santa Maria Huertas

I recommend you revert to Leslie Kean's new book, "UFOs".

pose no threat? I wish that were so, however I believe they are benevolent. The ones that are visiting anyway. Scary to think about the nasty races that could be out there, make us look like puppies.

I do not know they have not tried to intercept.
I do not know if our air force is capable of challenging UFOS.

Those questions are exactly what I am trying to find answers for.

With all the recent talk of disclosure and the many increased sightings and our media becoming involved it makes me wonder if our military knows of the UFOS and are aware that they can not or will not intercept.

id just like to point out that former lockheed scientist boyd bushman claims that the supposed roswell craft was shot down by an airforce plane, and there are numerous incidents where various countries have supposedly tried to intercept and engage u.f.os, and also numerous claims of resulting deaths or disappearances due to such interceptions.

and just for a moment we assume that u.f.os are real alien craft then its impossible to say whether our planes could even catch them, contact them or if our weapons would have any effect whatsoever!.

There was a report from fairly recent times of our jets chasing UFO's and the UFO shot down our jet.
They have jamed or put out of commission our radar.

sometimes, the simplest answer is often the closest to truth. lets look at this objectively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, ppl are seeing these craft more and more. maybe it is nothing more than alertness to the possibility of visitation, or hysteria/hoaxers mixing in with some legitament sightings.

anywho, so u have an unknown ship in united states airspace. normally, this would have f16s on it in seconds, but what would be reasons for doing nothing, and trying to hide it? well, it is possible the occupants are alien organisms that hold a treaty with the peoples of earth, but it is more likely that this is just not true.
now if sed unknown craft was occupied by a human pilot however... you dont want everyone knowing whether your prototype/space ship even exists, let alone its capabilities. i believe that a number of more advanced states own such craft, and that more than accounts for why some ufos that seem to be treated with more caution. you wouldnt want to draw unneeded attention when your pilot is at the controls, but say russia has their pilot operating the ufo in question. weve all seen how touchy we superpowers get even when someone has a high altitude spyplane above us. these explanations just seem to make sense the more accounts i read, and you can probably recall the first ufo to be officially unveiled after halfnof the world saw it floating above their cities. they are here, but only humans are clumsy enough to be detected time and time again. alien beings would be much more cautious, dont you think?

Now lets assume most of them are plasma critters. Since they are made of energy... and feed off energy... I bet we can't catch them or shoot them down either And maybe just maybe all the HARRP like arrays around the world charging up the ionosphere are attracting them... hence why so many sightings lately.

Also you cannot take a clear photo of a ball of energy... it leaves behind no pieces of metal, it might be able to leave scorched circles on the ground... and it can certainly whiz around at high speed and change direction. It also explains why some see through them and why they can change shape

They do. Can understand why USAF don't fire should they get a lock-on. It's the rule. Yet their sometimes (not-all) scrambled to intercept but again, I don't know why?
