Was working a few days ago. Now every time I click on it the site simply sends me back to the main page. I tried three different browsers: Firefox, Chrome and (ew) Internet Explorer. I tried to open in a new tab, open in a new window. Doesn't seem to be able to launch.

I had the same problem. I had to go to "Recent Posts" first and then ATS chat would work. Wouldn't work from anywhere else. Hope it helps.
