According to Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po reported that the evening of September 8, the Hong Kong region affected by the storm, from 21 pm 6 hours of continuous recorded more than 25,000 cloud-to-ground lightning. Lightning mainly concentrated in the New Territories West, Lantau Island and Hong Kong Island South District. Meanwhile, there are people that see UFO.

So during a storm, when almost 25000 lightings are recorded, people start reporting UFOs..

This is translation from Chinese, and obviously I can't speak Chinese therefore asking if someone can translate it better?

Or find some relating news from English sources?

Thanks in advance..

DID you hear of any UFO sightings around the area, or in local news?

Thanks for the info, can you post some pictures?
