Arrested upward of 20 times. He did have a criminal history. He'd be a 3 strikes you out guy now.

MLK was a good man, but don't believe the hype for him, he had some serious private issues.

I don't consider a peaceful demonstration to be a crime. Do you? MLK was arrested, his home was bombed, he was blackmailed and his stance against the Vietnam-war made him unpopular. He nonetheless showed courage and continued with his activism.
