Ranting at a pair of notes

There are two notes in this amazing song by a band called The Muse which have totally destroyed the beauty of this song for me.
Please pay attention. The pair of notes are the exact same notes from the song "Call Me" by blondie which take place at the moment of the chorus which is "call me"

"Call Me!" just screams into my ears. these two notes are not even significant in the song, really. But they are repeated over and over and over and over and over again...
if you're still with me just listen to this clip. The first occurs at 0:39 and the next at 1:02.

I love this song's message, and everything about it. But that "call me" pair of blondie notes just ruins the beauty.

When blondie sings "call me" from the blondie song "Call Me" it's the exact same sound is what I'm saying. And it kills it . Just listen...
