Toolbar for making a reply, adding a link...

I know there are tutorials on how to add a link and so on, available after I push the "reply" button on a thread.

I am wondering if there is a page that explains what each of the icons do. I can't find it.

If you click on each of the buttons, the prompt a small box explaining what to do i.e.

Hit the "H1" button... You get a box saying "Please enter Headline text"

Hit the "EX" button, you get a box saying "Please enter the text that should be quoted as external content"...
