After that, a strike on Iran will be VERY UNLIKELY.

The only thing possible after that is FULL SCALE INVASION. Which probably won't happen unless Obama turns crazy and orders a draft. Or a false-flag happens.

After August 21, chances of war with Iran will go down a lot. Good.

Yup your right. Israel has just over a week to make its move otherwise an attack is all but ruled out. With the recent military drill and buildup of arms it would be foolish to say nothing will happen in the next 8 days.

Yes but they missed it for this time. The next new moon is September 8. It will be too late by then.

Earlier reports said the Russians would complete the nuclear power plant at the end of september...

So Israel probably thought that they would have another new moon to do their job...

Damn Iran is clever... On August 10, the day of the new moon, Russia and Iran said they were gonna start it at the end of september... Then the new moon has passed... and they announce it's only a week away.

Ive read reports that Israel would consider NOT bombing the Bushehr reactor in any bombing capaign. I dont know why though. So it looks like that reactor going online might not have anything to do with any strike if true.
