the gas layer is itself part of the electromagnetic system that provides our magnetosphere but is not required for gravity to function

mass in this universe expresses interaction with the density of the energy feild that makes up the fabric of the universe with gravity

the fact that the feild density changes with more gravity is a way of saying that all mater taps into this feild in an even manner but some materials express seconary effects like magnetic attraction flux ect
