Ah we were talking about that just this week here. Yep. There will be ways around it. But that's an inconvenient way to do business. Speaking of which, it appears that there is more than one company continuing to operate in Iran despite the latest round of sanctions. Much like Halliburton did the last round...because they're special


By the way isn't there some huge Lukoil/BP connection? As in one is taking over the other (Lukoil taking over parts of BP?) or something? Thought I read that the other week.)

According to the article, ConocoPhillips is looking to dump their 20% stake in lukoil and I wouldn't be surprised if there is BP deal lurking somewhere. Its tough to keep track nowadays in just about every industry.
